M805 is a kind of white powder structure agent modified from acetobutyryl cellulose. When it is
added in the mixture materials before extrusion, during curing process of powder coating, it
can cause different flow speed of top film and bottom film when they are melting and moving, In
this way, we will get structure finish ,texture finish and Snowflake finish. It could be used in
epoxy, epoxy-polyester and pure polyester types of powder coating. We could get different types
structure finish such as big size, middle size ,small size, high gloss and matt gloss. These finishes
are clear and uniform without substrate showing when it coated with low film.

2.Application:
1)Premix it and make an extrusion together with other materials.
Its validity is 12 months under indoor temperature condition.
2)Adjust its quantity between 0.1%-0.3%,the following formula is for your reference (it should be
decreased when you make a batch production)

3.Notes:
1)The quantity is closed connected with the structure size and the types of resin and the proportion,
pls add proper quantity according to the particular case.
2)Structure is influenced obviously by the dispersing effect of extruder, extruder with good
dispersing effect will cause the change of structure or no structure at all, temperatures of mixing
section and discharge section had better no more than 120 degrees. It is easy to show craters when
it is disturbed by flow agent and oil. After small quantity trial production, the quantity could be
decreased by 10% in the batch production.
3)The final effect of structure should be relative to the fineness of the mill, pls try best to keep the
same parameters of the ACM.
4).The effect of structure of recycle powder is stable but stereoscopic feeling is not as good as
floating agent system products. High gloss powder in structure finishes will caused craters and
flower spots.
5).Pls don't cause smog or dust during the production with this product, otherwise it will cause
pollution to other type products. Polluted flatting powder will have no craters after the second
extrusion.
6).The structure agent will lump if we put it in more than 5 degrees circumstance, in this case, we
can smash them and use it if they could pass the lab test.
4.Storage,package and transportation:
1).Package:25 kg paper bag ,inner lining with Polyethylene bag.
2).Storage validity: Unopened in room temperature circumstance,12 months and 6 months after
receiving the cargos.
Opened products should be used up within 30 days.
3)Storage condition: It should be stored below 4 floors stacking in a dry place at a temperature
below 30 degrees and avoid of direct sunlight
4)Transportation: In order to avoid direct sunlight, moisture and rainfall, pls adopt measures such
as cover for transportation.
