1.Product introduction:
M30 floating agent is derived from polyacrylate and added after extrusion process. It passed the toxicity
testing standards of EU.M30 is a kind of powder and with similar particle distribution with powder coating.
We could get flower texture finish and structure finish when we put it in basic powder coating after
extrusion under the low shearing force condition.
Its features are as follows,
1)It could keep structure uniform under different temperatures overbake without being effected by the
curing temperature.
2) The structure finish is with strong stereoscopic feelings.
3)Lower quantity demand and low cost.

Appearance: white powder
Average particle size: 35μm
Melting range: 115ºC~130ºC
Volatile: ≤0.5%
b.Application:
1).Don't add or decrease the quantity of flow agent in the formula of basic powder coating with regular
fineness or a little rougher particles.
2)If you produce structure powder coating, pls dry blend 0.1%-0.8% of this product with basic powder
coating.
3)If you produce floating finish, pls dry blend 0.3% of this products and about 1% of pigment(pass 120
meshes sieve) with basic powder coating.
Added quantity of 2) and 3) shall be confirmed in tests.
c.Notes:
1)Sometimes there are craters and no structures when use this product, in this case, we need to change
another kind of floating agent or polyester resin; In deep color powder coating, there maybe white points.
Customers shall use this product in production after it pass the test, and also shall strengthen the quality
tests, if there is a problem, pls adjust it asap.
This product is a kind of thermoplastic material, it is easy to lump when it is influenced by high
temperature, customers may smash them and go on using them, it will be no effect on the results.
The size of structure is closely connected with resin type and proportion of resin, and then adjust the
quantity of floating agent, more quantity of floating agent, smaller of structure size; Lower film will get a
smaller structure, even the substrate will be showed.
4)If it is stored in long time or in improper condition, the film of power coating with floating agent will
change its property(no structure or turn into sand texture finish)
d.Storage and package
25 kg paper bag ,inner lining with Polyethylene bag.
Close bags after using it, far away from fire.
Store them in a dry place at a temperature below 26 degrees and avoid of direct sunlight, its period validity
is 12 months.
