Industrial Mixer

The industrial mixer series are built on a modular system. The major advantage of this modular design is its versatile configurations. 
Mixing tasks can be optimally accomplished with only a few mixing blade and tank variations.
 
A low-shear high-efficiency mixer is designed for shear and temperature-sensitive materials. The mixing blades on the shaft are specially structured and interact with multiple rows of stationary baffles located in the tank wall. The interaction between the rotating blades and the stationary baffles provides dispersive and distributive mixing simultaneously.

Upgraded design, easy to operate
Double column hydraulic/electric lifting, the mixing head can be quickly raised and lowered, and the tank can be easily pushed out, greatly reducing the time cost of cleaning, material replacement, and maintenance, and improving production efficiency.
The tank is equipped with rollers for flexible transportation, suitable for flexible production needs of multiple workstations and batches.
3. Precise control, stable and reliable
Variable frequency speed regulation+PLC precise control, real-time monitoring and adjustment of speed, temperature, and vacuum degree to meet precision process requirements.
The whole machine is made of thickened carbon steel and stainless steel materials, with a stable structure, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can operate continuously for 24 hours and has a long service life.

Powder mixing: suitable for uniform mixing of plastic additives, pigments, dyes, feed, food additives, and chemical powders.
Material modification: Used for surface modification of powders such as calcium carbonate and talc powder (such as coupling agent treatment).
Drying/Cooling: Some models come with a jacket function, which can be combined with hot/cold water to achieve drying or temperature controlled mixing.
All stainless steel material: The contact material parts are made of food/pharmaceutical grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and meets environmental and hygiene standards.
Low maintenance cost: The structure is relatively simple, and the main maintenance points are bearings and seals. The failure rate is low and the service life is long.
